“Practicing inclusion during COVID-19 means acknowledging the health and safety needs of all people, then taking steps to communicate and provide safe(r) and more accessible options for gathering.” Ok yeah, but we all know that’s not happing much of the time. What’s working for you, to reach past the misinformation, disinformation and the illusions of “normal”?
It's not easy to gather when you have auto immune illnesses and are on immune suppressing meds. I'm thinking this spring to start picking up lunch and eating outside either on Ft. Hamilton or Greenwood. It's not easy. Having to wear a mask and everyone else is living their best lives and you're still stuck in March 2020. Meh.
This is a great idea. Getting us in one place to chat! Thanks JD! Great too hear from you.
